It's been a while so I thought I would post a few photos of recent stuff we've done. Delaney's class went on a trip to Home Depot and they each made a shelf (lots of parent help needed for this one!) She had a great time.
We discovered that Delaney's skates from last year still fit and she was able to do a bit of "skating" (can you call it that when they can't really skate? :) at our friends' house who have a backyard rink. It felt very Canadian to be on the ice in someone's backyard. :) I think this photo of us is quite funny because it looks like we're all about to fall down.

A family after my own heart - out on the ice - nice!! I shovelled our backyard rink only to have it covered with 10 cm of snow that night. Now we have all this crazy freezing rain - grrrr. Ah well, burned some calories, and that's always a good thing.
I hope you're enoying the day at home - you deserve it!!!
