hand made

I saw a great scrapbook layout recently - she had a photo of her child's artwork with her hand in the photo, and the title was "handmade". I thought it was a great alternative to keeping EVERYTHING and so I took some photos of the kids Christmas stuff that is still hanging around. I really like this idea! I love that you can see their little hands.

I've done the same thing to help cut down on having too much stuff to move (when you move as often as us, I guess you have to) so I've got pictures of old trophies I had won, favourite childhood toys of mine, etc.
